Job Description: As a Market Research Analyst based in Pune, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analyses of vehicle populations and fleet data. Your role will involve overseeing and evaluating the work of external service providers, planning, coordinating, and executing market research studies, and integrating market research findings with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will be identifying and analyzing trends in the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) sector, assessing macroeconomic developments in the automotive industry and aftermarket, and maintaining and enhancing the internal communication platform to keep stakeholders informed about company developments and industry trends. Your responsibilities will also include preparing and presenting detailed reports and insights using Powerpoint or BI tools. Your profile should include hands-on experience in market research and market intelligence, a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in BI-Tools and advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel. You should excel in managing multiple projects and collaborating with diverse, international teams. An understanding of ZF Group products and markets, along with a minimum of 2 years of related experience in market research, consultancy, or a similar area, would be beneficial. Experience in the automotive or automotive aftermarket industry would be advantageous.,
