Formulate and develop new construction chemical products (admixtures, waterproofing agents, etc.) Optimize production processes and troubleshoot quality issues Conduct lab testing and quality control of raw materials and finished products Assist in scale-up from lab to plant Work with R&D team to improve product performance and cost-efficiency Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Provide technical support to sales and customer service teams
We are a construction chemicals manufacturing factory that produces admixtures, accelerators, curing compounds, resin and cement capsules, tile adhesives, and GP2 grouts etc used in construction projects such as highway roads, tunnels, and commercial Building apartments & RMC's. Our factory is located in China-kakani Village, approximately 1 km from Hail Land Resort.( Guntur District ) We are looking for a candidate with a BSc in Chemistry Or a BTech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (both male and female candidates are welcome) with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
