As a Machine Operator, your primary responsibility will be to translate the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for production. You will be required to perform proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories used on projects. It is essential to ensure that every machine procedure is carried out following the strict guidelines of the company and to adhere to all company safety protocols. Inspecting the work area and machines used throughout the day before the end of each shift is a crucial part of the job to maintain a safe working environment. You will be expected to attend and actively participate in training classes and safety sessions to stay updated on best practices. In this role, you will be responsible for planning stock inventory by checking stock availability, anticipating needed stock, placing orders, expediting orders for stock, and verifying stock receipt. Additionally, you will plan machining processes by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters. Knowledge of tools and setting of the running program is also a key requirement for this position. The job type is full-time and permanent, with benefits including food provision and Provident Fund. The schedule may involve morning shifts and rotational shifts, with bonuses such as joining bonus, performance bonus, and yearly bonus. Ideal candidates should have a total of 2 years of work experience, and availability for day shift, night shift, and overnight shift. The work location is in person.,
