To monitor rework & rejection generation at all lines & take necessary action to eliminate root cause of defects. To ensure rework & rejected pieces are marked & kept seperately to avoid mix-up. To make timely entry of production quantity & downtime time into SAP system. To raise breakdown request into SAP system & communicate to maintenance dept in case of machine failure.
