Role Overview: As a Lathe Machine Operator, your role will involve utilizing your technical knowledge of Lathe Machine, Traub Machine, and Grinding Machine to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for daily production planning, supervising the production process, handling and allocating manpower according to the production plan, and utilizing your computer knowledge effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrating technical knowledge of Lathe Machine Traub machine and Grinding Machine - Understanding and implementing All Value Guide Process - Planning daily production efficiently - Utilizing supervisory skills to oversee the production process - Handling and allocating manpower as per the production plan - Applying computer knowledge to enhance operational efficiency Qualifications Required: - Technical knowledge of Lathe Machine, Traub Machine, and Grinding Machine - Familiarity with All Value Guide Process - Proficiency in daily production planning - Strong supervisory skills - Ability to handle and allocate manpower effectively - Basic computer knowledge Please note that the job offers full-time, permanent positions suitable for fresher candidates.
