Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all machine shop operations including CNC, VMC, Lathe, Milling, and Grinding machines
Allocate jobs to machinists and ensure timely completion of production targets
Monitor machine setup, operation, and tool changes as per production needs
Ensure parts are produced as per drawings/specifications and maintain quality control
Troubleshoot issues related to machinery, tools, and processes
