Machine Shop Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for operating CNC, VMC, HMC, and VTL machines, with a strong understanding of Engineering drawings and GD&T. Your duties will include studying technical drawings, selecting processes, and applying your machine shop knowledge to CNC, VMC, HMC, VTL, HBM, and drilling machines. Additionally, you will be expected to have expertise in CNC programming, Kaizen improvement, cycle time calculation, and various operations such as Turning, Milling, Boring, Drilling, and Tapping. Qualification Required: - Diploma of Higher Education is preferred - Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role - Management experience of 8 years is preferred Company Details: The company offers full-time and permanent job positions with the work location being in person.
