Machine Shop In-Charge (CNC & VMC Siemens Controller)

As a skilled and experienced Machine Shop In-Charge with a strong background in CNC Turning and VMC machine programming, your role will involve managing the daily operations of the machine shop. You will lead the machine shop team, optimize production processes, maintain high quality standards, and ensure seamless operations across all machining activities. Your expertise in Siemens controllers will be crucial in supervising CNC & VMC machine shop operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising CNC & VMC machine shop operations with Siemens controller. - Planning production, managing manpower, and ensuring timely delivery. - Programming, setting up, and troubleshooting CNC/VMC machines. - Maintaining quality, machine upkeep, and process improvements. - Coordinating with design, quality & maintenance teams. - Implementing 5S, Kaizen, and safety standards. To excel in this role, you should have: - Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engg. - 5-10 years of CNC/VMC experience with Siemens controller. - Strong knowledge of tooling, machining, and GD&T. - Good leadership & communication skills.
