Machine Shop Executive

As a CNC Machine Operator at DISA India Limited, which is a part of the Norican Group, you will play a crucial role in the programming, set-up, and operation of 5-axis machines. Your primary responsibilities will include studying and analyzing drawings, selecting tools and materials, planning tools, jigs, and fixtures for efficient production, ensuring cycle time and quality of components, performing basic level maintenance on machines, and adhering to safety protocols for a safe working environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Involved in the programming, set-up, and operation of 5-axis machines. - Study and analyze drawings, select tools/materials, and production plans prior to machining. - Plan tools, jigs, and fixtures for efficient production. - Ensure cycle time and quality of components to maintain quality and efficiency. - Perform basic level maintenance on machines as directed. - Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. **Qualifications Required:** - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME). - 4 to 6 years of working experience with CNC machines, preferably on Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC). - Basic computer skills and knowledge of AutoCAD.
