You will be responsible for the efficient movement of shipments, ensuring 100% verification of machines and spare parts. Your main tasks will include coordinating machine shipment activities through contracts, conducting thorough checks on machines intended for domestic and export shipments, and ensuring all parts are fitted according to customer requirements, such as Water manifold, Water Battery, Dehumidification covers, top cover & Auxiliary, etc. Additionally, you will be required to inspect machines for aesthetics and completion, ensuring that standard and special name plates, stickers, and logos are correctly fitted. For export machines, you will need to check for items like silica gel, rust preventive measures, and paints. Lastly, you will need to plan and execute safe loading of machines onto trucks or trailers as per the dispatch details, with proper roping.
