Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator – Tube Line to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining tube-filling machines to ensure smooth and efficient production of personal care products in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor tube-filling and sealing machines as per SOPs.
• Set up machines before the production cycle, ensuring proper functioning.
• Load raw materials and packaging materials (tubes, caps, etc.) on the machine.
• Perform routine quality checks on filled products (weight, sealing, coding, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of production output, wastage, and downtime.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate major faults to maintenance.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Support changeovers and line clearance activities between batches/products.
• Work collaboratively with the production supervisor and quality team to meet daily targets.
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and 5S practices on the shop floor.

Requirements:

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma (with relevant experience).
• Experience:
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in operating tube-filling machines in FMCG / cosmetics / personal care / pharmaceutical industry.
• Freshers with technical knowledge and willingness to learn may also be considered.
• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on experience with tube-filling and sealing machinery.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting.
• Understanding of GMP and production safety protocols.
• Soft Skills:
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Punctual, disciplined, and quality-conscious.
