Job Description

Machine Operator - Plastic Injection Moulding

Job Description:

Operate injection moulding machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure correct mould and material loading before production.
Monitor machine parameters and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
Carry out basic start-up, operation, and shutdown of machines under supervision.
Feed raw materials and monitor material usage.
Maintain production records (cycle time, quantity, rejections).
Inspect parts visually and with gauges to ensure they meet quality standards.
Separate defective products and inform the supervisor for corrective action.
Maintain cleanliness around machines and work area.
Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE usage.

Preferred Industry:

Attention to detail for quality checks.
Good physical stamina for standing and operating machines for long hours.

Required Experience, Skills And Qualifications:

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
