As a Wet Wire Drawing Machine Operator at PARAS HEALDS AND REEDS PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining wet wire drawing machines to produce stainless steel wire as per specifications. Your role will be crucial in ensuring efficient and safe operations at our facility in Sanand. Key Responsibilities: - Operate, set up, and maintain wet wire drawing machines - Manage dies and lubrication systems effectively - Perform routine maintenance on the machines - Conduct quality inspections to ensure standards are met - Monitor production parameters and troubleshoot any issues that arise Qualifications: - Proven experience in operating wet wire drawing machines for stainless steel wire or similar metal wire drawing processes - Knowledge of dies, lubrication systems, and stainless steel wire characteristics - Strong understanding of machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Hands-on experience with quality control and precision measuring tools - Ability to effectively use hand tools and follow safety protocols - Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills - Good communication and teamwork abilities - ITI/technical diploma or high school diploma with relevant experience preferred,
