Job Description: Machine Operator – GRC Division

• 3–5 years

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain PLC-based machines and Numatic machines used in GRC/FRP production.
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, machine logs, and quality checks.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and quality teams to meet project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during machine operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production efficiency and product quality.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with FRP production processes.
• Proficiency in operating PLC machines and Numatic machines.
• Strong understanding of quality control and production standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues.
• Good communication and coordination skills with production teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in machine operation, FRP/GRC production, or industrial manufacturing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
