Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team at our Nashik - classification unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and monitoring machinery used in the processing and classification of cementitious materials. This position is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and maintaining the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation:

• Operate and oversee classification unit machinery in compliance with safety standards and operating procedures.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and material output.

2. Quality Assurance:

• Monitor and inspect materials during processing to maintain quality standards.
• Identify and address inconsistencies or defects in materials promptly.

3. Maintenance and Repairs:

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure smooth functioning.
• Ensure timely maintenance and follow maintenance schedule to avoid machine breakdown.

4. Production Monitoring:

• Track production output and ensure targets are met within designated timelines.
• Record operational data, including run times, material processed, and downtime.

5. Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately to the manager.

6. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless production flow.
• Provide support and training to new operators as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.

2. Experience:

• 2+ years of experience operating machinery, preferably in a classification unit or ready mix concrete industry.

3. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting industrial machinery.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components of machines.
• Familiarity with quality control and production processes.
• Basic Knowledge in MS Office, particularly excel.

4. Soft Skills:

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.

5. Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy materials for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in dusty or noisy environments.

Work Schedule:
