Job Title: SPM Machine Operator (Female Candidates Only) Location: Aroor, Alappuzha, Kerala Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–8 Years Industry: Manufacturing We are actively seeking motivated and skilled female candidates to join our team as SPM Machine Operators. This opportunity is ideal for women with hands-on experience or an academic background in SPM (Special Purpose Machine) manufacturing or operation who are looking to grow their career in a dynamic and inclusive workplace. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain SPM machines according to production requirements. Monitor machine performance and conduct routine checks to ensure optimal efficiency. Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality standards. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure seamless production flow. Preferred Candidate Profile: Gender: Female candidates only Education: ITI / Diploma / Polytechnic in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical field Experience: 0 to 8 years (experience in SPM machine operation/manufacturing preferred) Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi Technical Skills: Understanding of machine tools and manufacturing processes Basic mechanical troubleshooting abilities Familiarity with standard safety and operational protocols in industrial settings Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
