We are actively seeking motivated and skilled female candidates to join our team as SPM Machine Operators. This opportunity is ideal for women with hands-on experience or an academic background in SPM (Special Purpose Machine) manufacturing or operation who are looking to grow their career in a dynamic and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain SPM machines according to production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and conduct routine checks to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure seamless production flow.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Gender: Female candidates only
• Education: ITI / Diploma / Polytechnic in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical field
• Experience: 0 to 8 years (experience in SPM machine operation/manufacturing preferred)
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of machine tools and manufacturing processes
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting abilities
• Familiarity with standard safety and operational protocols in industrial settings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
