Responsibilities Supervise the daily operations of the production team in a small kitchen manufacturing environment (Mop Production). Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards. Train and mentor new employees on production processes and safety protocols. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed. Implement improvements to increase productivity and efficiency within the team. Conduct regular inventory checks and manage raw material supplies. Skills and Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in production supervision or related field in kitchen manufacturing or similar industries. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficient in using production management software and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of safety and quality control standards in manufacturing.

Operate and manage CNC wire forming machines (4-axis to 16-axis) to shape and form wires for jewelry components. Interpret technical drawings and CAD models to execute wire forming operations as per design. Required Candidate profile Setup machine parameters such as axis alignment, wire feed rate, tension control, programming and tooling. Monitor machine output closely to ensure dimensional accuracy and high-quality finishing.
