The primary responsibilities of this role include planning and monitoring the execution of preventive maintenance, conducting breakdown analysis, managing spare parts, and monitoring spare consumption. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing machine health checkups, monitoring Capex budget, conducting rationalization activities, and providing support during maintenance planning on holidays. You will also be involved in planning and executing shut down maintenance and verifying maintenance documents. In terms of technical and functional skills, you should be proficient in studying and creating electrical machine drawings, have advanced knowledge of electrical devices, and possess hands-on experience in Mitsubishi Fx & Q Series Digital and Analog PLC programming. You should also be familiar with Mitsubishi Servo Drive J2S, J3 & J4 series parameter setting and installation, as well as special devices like Vision Sensor, DC Nutrunner, Invertor, and LVDT teaching and parameter setting. The role may require you to lead and guide teams, perform machine modifications and overhauls, and manage spare parts and costs effectively.,
