We are currently seeking to hire 02 employees to join our team in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, India. Responsibilities: - Design technical solutions for new projects and provide support - Manage projects related to robotic solutions, machine manufacturing, automatic control, and PLC - Collaborate with various departments to develop solutions and ensure project timelines are met - Create task schedules and oversee project progress - Coordinate and supervise subcontractors - Identify and address technical issues in automation systems Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Graduates in engineering with a focus on mechanics, automation, mechatronics, or industrial electronics - Familiarity with Simien, Robot, PLC, HMI, Sensor, Machine Vision, and SCAD system Benefits: - Monthly income ranging from 500 USD to 900 USD (inclusive of salary, allowance, and bonus) - Access to human resource development programs, including annual training funds for external courses and in-house training - Full compliance with local labor laws, including social insurance, annual leave, and holidays - Positive work environment that values employees and promotes a clear corporate culture - Work schedule of 5.5 days per week, with Sundays off.,

Generating ideas for new products by researching and testing manufacturing and assembly processes and materials, as well as by examining client requirements and operator feedback. 2. Evaluate and address production difficulties, design optimization, and technological feasibility issues 3. Use simulation and analysis to improve the design by considering thermal, mechanism, and other factors. 4. Testing samples of various components to choose the best ones that meet the requirements of the new product brief 5. Establish and document part/product specifications and test procedures 6. Offer technical assistance and support for any product's industrialization efforts, including manufacturability, tooling, assembly process design, product cost, workflow, quality, and safety. 7. Design and modify machinery for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components in order to develop and implement manufacturing/assembly processes. 8. Develop prototypes and complete functional testing. Fine Tune designs till they are ready for production 9. Work with other departments to execute design, technology, product development, and vendor strategy 10. Review, approve and / or modify product designs 11. Study, evaluate, and recommend process re-design 12. Assist in day-to-day process development to ensure product quality, timely product shipments, continuing cost effectiveness and profitability 13. Qualify and approve new products from new or existing vendors 14. Analysis & Rectification of errors related to product and its development like designing, quality, etc Required Skills: 1. Ability to work on own initiative 2. Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems and meet deadlines 3. Good organisational skills and ability to motivate a team 4.
