Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and SCADA systems. Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food industry safety standards is preferred. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Willingness to work in shifts or during emergency breakdowns.
