As a Machine Learning / LLM Orchestrator at our company, you will play a crucial role in architecting AI frameworks to empower all team members in independently building and deploying AI-driven features. Your responsibilities will involve designing, finetuning, and deploying large language models (LLMs), developing internal tools for generating frontend and backend components with minimal friction, and scaling adaptive fraud risk models for real-time transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Build and finetune local LLM engines and design automated pipelines for code generation, testing, documentation, and deployment. - Develop adaptive machine learning models for transaction monitoring and fraud risk management. - Create internal AI toolkits and frameworks to enable non-engineers to develop UI/UX, backend services, and ML workflows aligned with the existing architecture. - Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and agent orchestration while mentoring engineers and product teams. - Collaborate with leadership to shape the company's AI strategy and roadmap. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in building, finetuning, or deploying LLMs or custom ML models. - Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow, and familiarity with orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and microservices. - Demonstrated ability to deliver production-ready AI solutions quickly and iteratively. - Strong communication skills and a passion for empowering others through technology.
