Machine Learning Engineers (Mid-Level & Junior)

Role Overview: You will be joining the team in Hyderabad, Telangana as either a Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer or a Junior Machine Learning Engineer. Your main responsibility will be developing custom Large Language Models (LLMs) and optimizing their performance for legal research applications. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to an innovative project's AI backend and React-based frontend. Key Responsibilities: - As a Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of machine learning models with a focus on NLP and LLMs for legal applications. - Enhance model training processes, data pipelines, and performance optimization for scalability. - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate AI functionalities into the React UI for a seamless user experience. - Conduct rigorous testing and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement. - As a Junior Machine Learning Engineer, you will support the development and maintenance of machine learning models and data processing tasks. - Assist in the integration of AI technologies into the React-based front-end, working closely with senior engineers. - Actively participate in ongoing learning and team collaboration to stay at the forefront of AI research and development. Qualifications Required: Mid-Level Engineer: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning (ML), or a related field. - Strong understanding of ML and neural network (NN) concepts. - Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks like Tensor Flow and PyTorch, and ML ops. Junior Engineer: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - At least 1 year of machine learning experience or relevant internships. - Basic knowledge of Python and machine learning frameworks. - Interest in learning and contributing to React UI development.
