As a Service Engineer with surface mining experience, you will be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of heavy earth-moving equipment such as excavators, loaders, backhoe loaders, dumpers, and mining trucks. You will be part of a USD 2.8 billion conglomerate, a global leader in manufacturing machines and engines for earthmoving equipment, mining trucks, loaders, and dumpers. Your main responsibilities will include conducting machine inspections, monitoring equipment conditions, and performing preventive maintenance tasks. You should have the ability to assess quality through validation processes. Utilizing various strategies and tools, you will provide effective solutions to address customer concerns and ensure services are delivered efficiently. Effective communication with clients, engineers, and other technicians is crucial to ensure smooth service delivery. You will be required to promptly follow up on service requests, provide customer feedback, and monitor equipment performance.
