You should have 1-2 years of experience in servicing and installation of X-Ray equipment. A B.Tech/B.E/Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics/Electrical is required for this position. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, servicing, and installing X-Ray devices, with a good exposure to Radiology equipment and system installation such as X-Ray, CR, DR. You will be responsible for handling breakdowns, updates calls, safety checks, and closure of calls to maintain the uptime of systems. Additionally, you will perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, calibration, and quality checks of the systems. You should be able to provide machine demonstrations and offer first-level application support to users. Selling spare parts, consumables, contracts, and renewals will also be part of your role. You will need to deal with service partners for outsourced business, OEM manufacturers, spare parts, and tools requirements. Experience in troubleshooting and installing radiology equipment is essential, along with exposure to maintenance and repair of all electronic, electrical, and computer-based parts.
