Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled engineer to handle installation, commissioning, calibration, and servicing of gear measuring and accuracy machines. The role involves field support, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining machine accuracy and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Install and commission gear measuring / accuracy machines at customer sites. Perform calibration and accuracy verification with proper documentation. Diagnose and resolve machine issues (mechanical, electrical, software). Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance. Provide technical training and support to customers. Prepare service reports, calibration certificates, and machine history records. Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation. Knowledge of gear metrology, calibration methods, and machine alignment. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer-handling skills. Willingness to travel extensively for service assignments.
