Key Responsibilities:Create 3D models and detailed drawings based on design concepts, sketches, and specifications. Modify and revise drawings as required to incorporate design changes. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs. Prepare technical drawings and documentation for use in manufacturing, construction, or production. Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and company policies. Maintain up-to-date documentation and drawing archives. Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in developing prototypes or visualizations for presentation purposes.
Source and attract candidates using various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals) Screen resumes and job applications Conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person) Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams Develop and update job descriptions and specifications Collaborate with department managers to forecast hiring needs Maintain candidate databases (e.g., via ATS) Promote company’s reputation as a “great place to work” Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire)
