Location: 503, PP Tower, Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi Internship: Duration- 3 Months Stipend : 10-15k Monthly About the role: This role will be instrumental in shaping the brand's market presence, executing high-impact campaigns, managing public relations, and driving corporate outreach. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in market trends, passionate about content creation, marketing trends, brand communication, should be comfortable with both online and offline strategies to deliver measurable results. This is a strategic role that requires both creativity and data-driven decision-making. (Content creators or individuals with an online content portfolio are highly encouraged) Roles and responsibilities: · Assist in organizing and supporting marketing activities such as events, seminars, and offline promotions · Conduct market research to analyze trends and customer insights · Manage brand identity and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels · Plan and schedule content for various social media platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook etc.) · Monitor marketing KPIs and adjust strategies for performance improvements · Right brand positioning by communicating its unique value propositions to the target audience. · Participate in on-site meetings and attend physical events as required by the marketing calendar or campaign needs. · Write marketing messages for online and offline campaigns · Creation of engaging content for social media, blogs, emails, and marketing materials in both English and Hindi. Qualification: · Graduation in Engineering(B.E/B.Tech) or Business Administration(BBA) or MBA (Good to Have : Mechanical/Civil Engineers) · Certification courses in Marketing (e.g. HubSpot Content Marketing Certification, Meta (Facebook) Digital Marketing Associate Certification etc) Required Skills: · Should have knowledge of basic social media platform · Proven expertise in both marketing and digital campaigns · Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, analytics tools, and branding · Excellent communication and presentation skills · Creative thinker with Content creating ability , a strong strategic mindset and market awareness · Strong command over English grammar and proficient Hindi writing skills.
