Key Responsibilities: Purchase Management : · Handle purchase orders, ensuring timely procurement of required materials and supplies. · Maintain inventory levels and manage stock to ensure availability. · Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for order confirmations, deliveries, and invoices. Online Orders Management : · Manage and process online customer orders from various platforms. · Ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery, addressing any issues that may arise. · Track and manage order statuses, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step. Customer Communication : · Handle customer inquiries and issues over online platforms (e.g., email, chat, social media). · Provide timely, professional, and courteous responses to all customer concerns, resolving any issues quickly. · Maintain customer records and feedback for future reference and process improvements. Repair and Maintenance Coordination : · Oversee and coordinate repair and maintenance tasks for any in-house equipment or customer-facing products. · Liaise with external service providers to ensure repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner. · Maintain records of all repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring proper documentation. Internal Software Management (Pet Pooja) : · Use and manage internal software (Pet Pooja) for operations tracking and data management. · Ensure the system is up-to-date and utilized correctly by team members. · Assist in troubleshooting software-related issues and liaise with the technical team for improvements. Attendance Proof Checking : · Verify and maintain attendance records for all employees. · Ensure timely submission of attendance proofs and monitor compliance with office hours. · Assist in resolving any attendance-related queries or issues. Data Management and Reporting : · Manage all data related to operations (purchases, orders, customer details, etc.) in an organized and efficient manner. · Prepare and maintain regular reports on operational activities. · Assist in data analysis and provide insights for decision-making. Coordination and General Administration : · Assist with coordinating various operational tasks between teams, ensuring smooth workflow and task completion. · Liaise with other departments (e.g., finance, marketing) to ensure operational processes align with overall business goals. · Ensure all operational processes are compliant with company policies and procedures.
