Qualifications 1-2 years experience required in End User Support and System Support. Proficiency with Windows and/or MacOS machines and operating systems. Ability to install, maintain and troubleshoot laptop hardware, software, and peripherals, after instruction. High proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
