Desktop and Servers Mac Should have expert understanding of the MAC environment, deployment, troubleshooting and remote support. Apple certification / Mac technician considered an important asset (not mandatory) Some Linux and Window experience a bonus Mac OS application deployment and integration. Knowledge with MAC installation and application deployment. Hands-on experience with multiple Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions like Jamf Pro. Windows Server Virtualization Hyper V , VMware hand on installing server OS server role DNS , DHCP etc. Candidate will have experience in Active Directory, TCP/IP configuration/troubleshooting, network printers, and all-around problem solving and troubleshooting in a Windows environment. Understanding of Microsoft administrative tolls including Active Directory, Print Server, Remote Desktop Access Effective organizational skills, time management and communication skills. Network Basic understanding of networking should be able to configure, troubleshoot L2 device like Cisco access switch Cisco DB switch Cisco firewall. Basic understanding on Wireless Access Point. Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations. Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required. Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems. Replacing faulty network hardware components when required. Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and applications. Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made. A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment. Note : Candidates to carry earphones or headphones to the hiring venue for in-person interviews. We are seeking a skilled IT Support Professional to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance. This role also involves training users, supporting software applications, and handling IT infrastructure to enhance business sustainability. Key Responsibilities Desktop & Application Support Install, configure, and troubleshoot Macs, PCs, and peripherals. Perform hardware repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance tasks. Maintain Mac images and ensure software compatibility and functionality. Server, Printer & Network Support Set up and configure network equipment and perform routine maintenance. Manage servers, user accounts, network shares, and access rights. Monitor system logs and maintain printers. Configuration & Installation Maintain records of installed hardware/software and software library. Implement changes to hardware/applications and ensure testing for usability. Keep IT documentation updated. Support Request Management Investigate, record, and resolve IT support requests. Provide detailed diagnostics and escalate complex issues. Produce reports on support request volume and nature. Supplier/Vendor Management Maintain healthy supplier relationships and negotiate contracts. Evaluate and propose new suppliers as needed. Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of computer software, hardware, networks, and operating systems (Windows & Mac). Experience supporting Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator). Requirements Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role. Experience with Mac desktops, servers, and IT infrastructure. Proficiency in internet security and data privacy principles. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or Apple Certified Technician are a plus. Excellent written and verbal English skills.
