Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect located in Salem. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in the design and planning of architectural projects, creating detailed architectural drawings, contributing to project management, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure successful project execution. Daily tasks will involve drafting, integrating software tools, and ensuring designs meet client needs and sustainability goals. Qualifications Architecture, Architectural Design skills Project Management experience Familiarity with Software Development and Integration tools Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively on-site in Salem Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is preferred Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus
