Plan, create, and execute performance-driven lead generation campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through continuous A/B testing, bid adjustments, and performance tracking. Monitor daily campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS) and prepare detailed reports. Create ad copies, visuals, and landing pages in collaboration with the creative team. Manage and optimize campaign budgets to achieve monthly lead targets. Implement tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Conversion API to ensure accurate performance measurement. Stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and best practices in digital advertising and algorithm changes.
