Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to handle end-to-end procurement for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage vendor development, material sourcing, negotiation, and timely delivery to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage material procurement within budget. Identify and evaluate suppliers for quality and cost efficiency. Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms. Coordinate with project, site, and accounts teams for timely material flow. Maintain accurate purchase records and reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Commerce / Engineering. 5+ years of experience in construction procurement. Strong negotiation, communication & vendor management skills.
