Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for an AI Bot Developer and Business Process Analyst to create and deploy AI-powered Copilot Agents using Copilot Studio and Azure AI, driving business automation and optimization. Key Responsibilities: Develop Copilot Agents: Create customized AI agents with Copilot Studio to meet client needs. Integrate with Azure AI: Use Azure OpenAI and other Azure services to enhance AI solutions. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Understand business requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions. Customize & Optimize: Tailor pre-built models and workflows for optimal agent performance. Training & Support: Train users and provide ongoing support for AI tools. Deployment & Monitoring: Ensure smooth deployment and monitor AI agent performance. Documentation: Maintain process and configuration documentation for scalability. Qualifications: Experience with AI Tools: Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or similar platforms. Technical Skills: Proficiency in workflow design, APIs, and coding (e.g., Python, PowerShell). AI & Automation Knowledge: Understanding of machine learning and LLM deployment. Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Creative and analytical mindset for delivering AI solutions. Preferred Skills: Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar Microsoft solutions. Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines for AI projects.
