You should have 5-12 years of experience in Infor ERP (M3 ERP) with expertise in the M3 Functional modules such as Rental Module (STS/SOS), Sales (OIS) Module, and Finance (AP, AR, GL, FA, PO & Tax) including Vertex. Additionally, you should possess M3 Technical skills like Server View management, LCM & Patch management, Database Table mapping to business processes, Open Text/Stream Serv, and Report development. Integration experience with Salesforce and ServiceMax is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Equipment Rental Business with M3 ERP is essential. Strong communication skills are necessary as you will be interacting with Carrier Sr. Management daily. You must have implementation/support experience in the specified modules and demonstrate exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. The ability to influence stakeholders, provide acceptable solutions, excellent documentation skills, and support in EST hours are crucial. Experience in creating detailed reports, giving presentations, and following through on commitments is expected. Moreover, you should possess excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, as well as experience in leading and developing top-performing teams. A successful track record in leading and supporting projects is required.
