Job Role: Telesales Executive Intern Location - Barasat, Kolkata Qualifications Pursuing or completed graduation (any stream). Freshers are welcome; prior sales/reception experience will be an added advantage. Required Skills Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Bengali and Hindi. Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude. Good listening skills and ability to handle objections positively. Professional grooming and presentation. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Time management and multitasking ability. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product/service information. Maintain a professional and courteous approach while handling reception and front-desk activities. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a polite and presentable manner. Record customer information, feedback, and follow-ups systematically. Achieve daily/weekly calling targets as guided by the supervisor. Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion. Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance at all times.
