Position: M Pharma Teacher

Job Summary:

As an M Pharma Teacher, you will play a crucial role in educating and shaping the next generation of pharmaceutical professionals. Your responsibilities will include delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic and research activities of the institution. The position requires a deep understanding of pharmaceutical sciences, strong communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching:Plan and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions in various subjects related to pharmaceutical sciences.
Develop and update course materials to ensure they align with the latest industry advancements and academic standards.Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles.

Student Engagement:Provide guidance and support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent research skills among students.Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their academic performance.

Research and Publications:Engage in research activities within the field of pharmaceutical sciences.
Publish research findings in reputable journals and present at conferences to contribute to the academic and scientific community.Collaborate with colleagues and students on research projects.

Mentoring and Advising:Mentor students on academic and career-related matters.
Provide guidance for research projects, internships, and other practical experiences.Assist students in developing their professional skills and competencies.

Professional Development:Stay updated on advancements in pharmaceutical sciences through continuous learning and professional development.
Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance knowledge and network with industry professionals.

Collaboration:Collaborate with other faculty members, researchers, and industry professionals to enhance the academic and research environment.
Foster collaborations with pharmaceutical companies for industry-academia partnerships.

Administrative Duties:Participate in curriculum development and program improvement initiatives.
Attend faculty meetings, contribute to departmental activities, and assist in administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of a Master's degree (M Pharma) in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences, drug development, and related disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct research and publish in reputable journals.
• Commitment to student success and the advancement of pharmaceutical education.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
