Key Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing, and vetting a wide range of legal documents, including: Agreements for Sale, MOUs, Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, Development Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, and Power of Attorney documents. Structuring and advising on real estate transactions and acquisitions , including land and property acquisition for residential, commercial, and industrial development. Preparing and presenting legal opinions, title reports, acquisition memos , and risk assessments to clients and internal stakeholders. Assisting in negotiations and transaction closures with clients, developers, landowners, and authorities. Minimum 3+ years of experience in non-litigation legal practice, preferably in real estate law and acquisitions . Prior experience working in a law firm or legal department handling real estate matters. Strong command over legal drafting, documentation, and regulatory compliance . Solid understanding of property laws, land acquisition procedures, and real estate project structuring . Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
