Key Responsibilities:1. Bookkeeping & Accounts Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Record all financial transactions in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.) Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations 2. Taxation & Filings Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns Manage tax compliance and support in audits Coordinate with CA or tax consultant when required 3. Staff Salary & Attendance Management Maintain employee attendance and leave records Process monthly payroll with accurate deductions and reimbursements Handle salary disbursements and payslip generation Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, etc. 4. Additional Administrative Support Maintain documentation for vendor payments and staff expenses Support management in budget planning and expense tracking
Key Responsibilities:1. Export & Import Documentation Prepare and process all export & import documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.) Handle bank documents for LC, Advance Payment, and CAD terms Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and CHA for clearance 2. Logistics Coordination Plan and book shipments (air/sea/road) Monitor dispatches and ensure timely delivery Coordinate with freight partners for smooth transport and handling 3. Warehousing & Inventory Liaise with warehouse team to manage stock availability for dispatch Track goods movement from factory to warehouse to port Maintain accurate dispatch records and GRNs 4. Billing & Record Management Prepare export bills and supporting documents for payment realization Maintain shipment logs, costing, and export MIS reports Assist in post-shipment documentation for bank submission and claim filings
