Job description Job Summary and Responsibilities: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services. Candidates have to call clients for Allopathy/Ayurvedic PCD and Third Party Manufacturing and close deals with regular followups. Candidate is responsible for generating business from online portals and offline modes by increasing the sales of Allopathy and Ayurvedic/Herbal products. Skill Set: Freshers :- Freshers are welcome and will be trained. Experienced :- We are looking for experienced Marketing/Sales executive with the following skill set :- 1. Candidate must have knowledge of Allopathy products and experience of minimum 12-24 months in Allopathy PCD company. 2. Candidate must have experience in Telemarketing of Allopathy products like Syrups, Capsules, Tablets, etc. 3. Convincing ability to make parties for PCD Pharma Franchise business. 4. Good Communication skills in Hindi and English with parties. 5. Should have basic computer knowledge. 6. Candidate should be a fast learner, a team player, and honest with its work responsibilities. 7. Should have the ability to build relationships with customer and regular follow ups to close deals for allopathy PCD. Minimum Qualification: 1. Minimum 1 year of experience is preferable in any Allopathy trading company. 2. Must have knowledge in Allopathy medicines to handle sales. 3. Good Communication skills - Hindi & English. 4. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing/Accounts Executive to manage billing, invoicing, and accounting operations in a fast-paced PCD / Third Party Pharma environment. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Marg ERP Software , particularly in pharmaceutical inventory, GST billing, and order processing. Key Responsibilities - Handle day-to-day billing and invoicing for PCD/Third Party orders using Marg ERP Create and maintain sales and purchase entries Manage GST-compliant billing and ensure timely filing of reports Monitor inventory and stock movement in Marg ERP Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable/payable Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure accurate order processing Assist in monthly closing of accounts and generation of financial reports Ensure compliance with accounting standards and pharma-specific regulations Respond to customer and distributor queries related to invoices or accounts Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or , Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using Marg Accounting Software (Mandatory). Knowledge of PCD / Third Party pharma operations preferred Strong understanding of GST, TDS , and pharma billing norms Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally (if applicable) Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Experience in inventory management or billing using Marg.
