Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs reported by customers or internal stakeholders. Work closely with product management and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and best practice implementations. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development using Koerber Warehouse Advantage (formerly HighJump Software) OR Oracle PL/SQL and JavaScript. Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms. Experience in relational database development (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server). Experience in JavaScript development. Knowledge of supply chain and warehouse management solutions. Experience with Koerber Solutions or Lydia Application Development. Understanding of warehouse automation solutions and interface development. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
