With integrated courier systems, real-time tracking, and AI-powered diagnostics, SpareFlow is making spare parts logistics faster, smarter, and compliant with the Right to Repair law. We are now looking for a Spare Parts Domain Expert with deep technical knowledge of appliance spares to help us build the most accurate and scalable spare parts ecosystem in India. 🎯 Role & Responsibilities Build and maintain a master spare parts catalog for appliances including AC, TV, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave across all major brands (Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, IFB, Voltas, Godrej, etc.). Map OEM codes, generic codes, and compatible alternatives for each part. Define the inventory taxonomy (categories → subcategories → part codes). Support the reverse pickup & returns process by identifying defective parts and warranty return guidelines. Work closely with product & engineering teams to integrate parts data into the SpareFlow platform. Advise on fast-moving vs. non-moving parts to optimize inventory and reduce costs. Train internal teams and service center partners on how to identify and order parts correctly. Stay updated with new appliance launches and their spare parts requirements. ✅ Requirements 5–10+ years experience in home appliance after-sales service / spare parts management. Hands-on knowledge of spare part numbering systems used by leading OEMs. Strong understanding of aftermarket vs. OEM spares, warranty policies, and pricing. Worked with service centers, distributors, or OEMs in appliances domain. Comfortable with Excel / ERP / catalog systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 🌟 Nice to Have Experience with multi-brand spare parts distribution. Network of trusted suppliers and service partners. Exposure to digital platforms or e-commerce spare parts. 💰 Compensation Full-time: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience) Consultant/Freelance: Project-based engagement possible 🚀 Why Join Us?
