IT & Digital PMO a. Building capability and managing the Connected Operations Platform (COP) post successful completion. It includes: - i. Code modifications catering to change requests from users (without dependency on the vendor), ii. Implementing new features that could not be covered during initial development, iii. Resolving platform risks, iv. Troubleshooting b. Development of other digital projects like dashboards, portals and visualization projects on Tableau c. Support implementation of customer application d. Development & Maintenance of Python based BOT Program e. Development of custom applications as per business need f. Knowledge of full stack development on cloud environment. g. Knowledge of Python and data analytics and visualization platforms. h. Testing of the system to ensure the effectiveness so as it meets the business requirement i. Create and maintain detailed documentation for related to architecture, configurations, and procedures. j. Share knowledge and best practices with the business users & team k. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including implementation partners, system administrators, and network engineers. l. Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud-based applications and infrastructure. Pipeline projects Once COP and LWMS are implemented and stabilized, developer resource will sustain the following pipeline projects along with above mentioned projects (COP and LWMS) post implementation. a. Safety Management Platform i. Safety training and assessment ii. Safety inspection management platform iii. Safety assurance with AI powered image analytics b. Connected Customer Platform i. Digitization of sales process with 360 view of customer ii. Digitization of purchase process for customers c. ERP enhancement and foundational elements i. Centralized data platform and MIS reporting ii. Inventory management (Spares & Consumables) through ERP enhancement iii. Automated invoice accounting system through ERP enhancement iv. Digital project management solution d. Document Management System e. Stock Visibility System
