MEP Consultancy company wants to recruit Electrical Designer for its Mumbai office having exposure & expertise in handling projects like residential, commercial, Hospital villas & Hotel. Requirements: 1. 2. 3. 4. Diploma/ certificate in Electrical and AutoCAD. Minimum 5 to 7 years of similar experience (preferably in Consultancy field). Handling designing/ drafting of Electrical systems. Detailing for various market segments of Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Health care, Education. 5. 6. Working Knowledge/ experience of latest Autocad version Good communication skill, presentation skill, learning attitude, good grasping power and good team member. Job responsibilities of the role: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Studying the Architect drawing & noting observation for service requirement. Coordination with Seniors for requirements of the drawings to start the work. Co-ordination of MEP services. Preparing of electrical equipment layout and plans Prepare cable schedules, cable route, Cable tray, trunking diagrams & conduit development. 6. 7. 8. 9. Prepare load schedules & single line diagrams. Prepare earthing and lighting layout drawings. Prepare lighting protection (LPS) layout. Preparation of shop drawings/ construction drawing for cable tray, lighting, power layout, single line diagram (SLD), Earthing layout, Lighting layout, Fire alarm plan, section and its installation details. 10. Developing the layout plans, Preparing detailed Engineering DWG from engineers sketches. 11. 12. 13. Knowledge of ELV, CCTV, Fire alarm & Public announcement. Preparing quantity takeoff for BOQ. Knowledge of Revit can be an added advantage.
