Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Salon Manager, located in New Delhi. The Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service quality. Duties include scheduling, inventory management, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any issues. The Salon Manager will also be involved in hiring, training, and managing stylist and support staff to ensure seamless salon operations. Qualifications Experience in Makeup and/or Hair Care Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven ability in Hiring and team management Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming environment Experience in the beauty and grooming industry is a plus Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Hair Care, or related fields preferred
