Vendor Follow-up: Liaise with external vendors for services like lamination, laser cutting, CNC routing, or fabrication. Ensure timely execution of outsourced tasks. Quotation & Billing Support: Prepare basic quotations for customers, assist in price estimation, and help in generating final bills or tax invoices. Customer Communication: Provide updates to clients regarding order status, revisions, and delivery timelines through calls, WhatsApp, or email. Design Briefing: Communicate customer requirements to the design team clearly, especially when clients don't provide ready artwork. Inventory Record Keeping: Maintain records of consumables such as inks, tapes, blades, and tools used in daily production. Filing & Documentation: Organize order forms, invoices, delivery challans, and maintain both physical and digital documentation for reference and audits.
