Title: Lead Kohler Studio Introduction: At Kohler Co., we are a leading global manufacturer in the plumbing industry, known for our high-quality products, innovative designs, and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead Kohler Studio. Job Purpose: This role exists to aid and support the business development and specification efforts nationally to support the Kohler Studio by showcasing and impressing upon both project and retail customers the various brand pillars of 1) Heritage 2) Technology 3) Luxury 4) Performance and 5) Sustainability, thereby converting potential customers into leads and ultimately sales. Roles & Responsibilities: Display and Product Interaction Touchpoint for Customers and Consumers Convey knowledge and information about the brand, its history, and legacy to all retail and project walk-ins Communicate Kohler's value proposition to influencers and end customers Ensure top-tier customer experience, including housekeeping, live product displays, and general upkeep of the Kohler Studio Lead Generation Understand customer needs and suggest relevant products to generate leads Assist customers in envisioning their ideas using Kohler's offerings Convince customers of Kohler's superiority over competitors Direct customers to dealers for sales closure Achieve business specifications targets for Kohler Studio Luxury Positioning Showcase Kohler's luxury brand aspects such as heritage, craftsmanship, and artistic value Meet luxury specifications target as a percentage of total specifications Showcase Trends/Stories Pitch the complete bathroom solution provider concept Efficient and Effective Retail Operations Use studio sales aids effectively to drive specifications Liaise with sales and business development teams Ensure invite-based visitors are managed efficiently Relationship Management Manage prospect database by architect and dealer until closure Participate in and coordinate studio events Help execute the Kohler Studio marketing calendar Skills and Knowledge: B.Arch/Interior Design; MBA preferred 710 years of experience in the sanitaryware industry (luxury brand experience preferred) Strategic thinker, proactive business manager Customer-centric with strong people development skills Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Sound brand knowledge, particularly in the luxury marketplace Proficient in Microsoft Office
