The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery products at the counter. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Maintain product knowledge and be up to date with current promotions and offers. Ensure the counter is well-maintained, clean, and stocked. Handle customer queries and resolve issues with a positive attitude. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the stores performance. Maintain accurate billing and follow company protocols. Position : Counter Sales Executive Location : Bangalore Experience : 6 months to 1 year (Freshers can also apply) Industry : Retail / Fashion / Lifestyle / Jewelry Key Responsibilities : Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations. Showcase products and explain features, benefits, and pricing. Maintain a clean and organized counter/display area.
