Responsibilities: Engage with clients in-store and via consultations to understand their design needs and recommend suitable furnishing solutions. Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals. Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients and design firms, highlighting Luxure Furnishings’ offerings. Collaborate with the design team to stay updated on the latest trends and product lines. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Follow up on leads, prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure timely delivery to clients. Provide after-sales support and resolve any client issues promptly. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the interior design or furnishings industry. A background in interior design or a related field is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of design principles, trends, and materials. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets. Proficient in using CAD software and MS Office Suite. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently. Must be physically and mentally fit.
